        Changed over a basic ford fiesta for a basic ford fiesta PCP ,hoodwinked right from the start by David saying we have one one in our inventory and it's in the colour you want! can get it in 5 days car is the exact same apart from no alloy wheels!, nearly 2 months later it's finally in forecourt! everything by this point is signed sealed and delivered, drive the car for the first time and it's terrible not a patch on the car we traded in , handles terrible compared to old car has way less power and torque compared to old car , material seats are made from is really cheap and not comfortable especially when wearing shorts, all just seams really cheap total down grade from last car from ever angle! and all that for a good chunk more money !

        I had recently used Evan Halshaw in December due to an issue with my windscreen heaters to be told everything was fine with the car in a speedy manner for drop off & collection. Due to the quick and efficient service I chose to return to this particular branch to discuss my current Ford Focus coming to the end of it's contract and review my options. Greeted by David who was informative with the options with Ford Credit either paying off current contract or agreeing to another one. Very transparent with cost and next steps to agree another car. Communication was great throughout the process while making a decision on keeping or obtaining a new vehicle. I agreed to a new vehicle and the sign over process was great. David had lots of patience with myself with life 100mph with work commitments and keeping in touch via telephone/email. Delighted with my new car and the aftercare calls to follow up. Will not need to go to the garage anytime soon with a new car, but know if there is any issues it will not be a problem returning to this branch
