So rude it takes two minutes to respond to a message. Would not recommend unfortunately due to being non responsive.
After getting a response from the owner I did call to be met with a lady that clearly needs some training in customer service!! She said and I quote "do you not think the easiest thing would have been to lift a phone?"
NO!!! It wouldn't have been easier I stay 60 miles from my aunt have a young family and also get extreme anxiety talking on a phone.
Absolutely disgusting!!!
