        Appealing service and attitude from the staff in this branch.

        Extremely disappointed with staff attitude....completely unhelpful....tried to pay money into my wife's account and got treated like a leper....in no uncertain terms was told the only way I could do this was to do a bank transfer which surprise surprise would cost about twenty pounds....Will be closing all my accounts as their customer service is non existent
