        This was not the first time that we have stayed here. The cottage is lovely and very well maintained by the owners who also holiday here, so it has everything you could need. The new shower room is gorgeous. The owners are friendly and helpful and are always available by telephone or email. It is situated in a beautiful area near to the sea

        Very pleased with our stay. Well-equipped in everything you could want really - especially as we like to cook the kitchen had everything we might expect and a fair bit more that I wouldn't take for granted in a holiday let! (In terms of cooking implements, utensils, etc.) That was appreciated. It's also a more spacious cottage than the pics might suggest! Kirkcudbright is tiny so you can't really be "out of town" but this could hardly be more central. We came with bikes and the shed is perfect for storage, as described. Parking was straightorward. Cheers!
