While on an expedition our van started juddering. The van was recovered and taken to Jim at Crosbie and Bateman. In the morning I rang Jim at 8am and he was super friendly. Felt like a drive shaft problem and he even rang his part guy to see how fast and if he could get the part in before even saying to bring the vehicle to them. We agreed to take the van there and by the time we got there hours later in the taxi after the van had been recovered there, Jim had already looked at the vehicle in amongst his normal workload of vehicles booked in that day, found the gear box mount had come off, rethreaded and bolted the unit and had it all fixed. Can't fault the team at the garage. They are amazingly efficient and everything you want a professional garage to be. I'd drive hours to take a vehicle here knowing the team would responsibly look after it. Service: General repairs & maintenance
