        Golf course challenging as it climbs steadily up to the top, with stunning views. Course in great condition and a Thai banquet served up in the clubhouse at the end, by the club steward's wife was perfect..well worth a trip.

        Been going to Castle Douglas since 2000. Kirkcudbright is our favourite course, always made welcome by staff and locals we meet on the course, hope to be going in May again this year.

        What a course. Very welcome to play in the dry as previous years we have been soaked to the skin. Very good condition, small but friendly clubhouse.
