Cheese bake is disgusting how can they sell such vile food

The products of cheesebakes and pates are excellent quality and taste really good. Working there is a mixed bag. It is a good environment and they do try to make it a good place to work. Signing a contract that has you working 60 hours a week at a basic rate from October to December is not good. Not everyone can manage to do this as it is not the easiest. In 2021 I had worked 80 hours one week, never again. People come from quite a distance away and have no work/life balance, it is all work and travelling. A bit of consideration and understanding should be given for people doing this, they are helping this factory, so five minutes late shouldn't be responded too harshly. They used to employ too many numbers previous years and would have people standing doing nothing, some were useless. They are not good with contracts, giving workers a letter at the end of each month stating if they still have a job. They do not recognise good workers and hand out contracts to locals or known characters. It could do better.

The cheesebakes are the best ever and staff are always falling over themselves to help and advise and resolve on every issue you could possibly have. Located in the beautiful kirkubright. This is a very well run, organized and thriving plant which has its products sold all over the world. Quality Quality Quality
