        Neil from Finesse contacted me to say that the two windows that we had ordered were ready ahead of schedule. The workmen arrived on time and set to work immediately, with floors and carpets protected from possible dirty feet! The windows were installed with the minimum of fuss and entirely to our satisfaction. All mess was cleared up, including our front path which ended up cleaner that before! They even reinstalled our blinds before they left. Full marks to Finesse!

        We instructed Finesse in October 2021 to install five new casement windows in our property. Whilst the job has only just been completed this is by no means a criticism of the firm, being made fully aware of supply issues and other delays caused by covid. Neil kept us informed throughout and once we were advised that the wood was in stock the job was completed within six weeks. The standard of workmanship, the fitting and finishings are all superb and the tidiness and politeness of the workmen is to be applauded. We would and will strongly recommend this firm to others. Thanks again.

        Had three UPVC sash and case windows fitted. Guys did a great job. Left the place tidier than it was when they arrived. Really happy with the windows.

        Finesse replaced all the windows in our cottage with new timber sash and case. I am delighted with the quality and finish of the windows and have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team.

        We chose Finesse to do our upstairs dormer windows for our listed house as we had been so impressed with downstairs windows they replaced several years ago. They have been very patient with installation delays due to Covid, and the build quality and finish of the windows is exceptional. The teams of joiners are very skilled and hard working, even in the freezing rain, and always tidied up inside and out at the end of every day. You wouldnt know they had been in the house, and Neil always kept us in the loop! Were delighted with the end result, and the house is warmer and quieter. If we had any other windows, wed be asking Finesse for a quote!!
