Window Store

We ordered a new door to replace our old front door. Process was on time and very quick and efficient. However, after installation, though I liked the door itself I didn't like the white surround I had chosen. I contacted Window Store to ask about a change and they couldn't have been more helpful, making every effort to ensure I was happy with the final product even though it was my own poor choice initially. Replacement surrounds where fitted for me within a week and look great and I'm really satisfied with my new front door. Service: General door installation

A massive thank you to Graeme and his team for a job really well done today. We purchased a door from The Window Store 4 years ago and had a cat flap fitted in the bottom panel. Sadly our cat passed away so it was no longer required. I asked Graeme if it was possible to have this replaced ? Within 6 hours of my first contact, the fitters arrived with a replacement panel already cut to the exact size.!!! They also took the time to give the whole door a bit of a service , adjusting the hinges and locking mechanism which makes the operation of the door even smoother than before. Visited the showroom to get some ideas on replacing our windows & doors. We were very impressed with the time Graeme spent with us, showed us lots of examples & gave us plenty of advice, no hard sell. We decided not to look anywhere else. Work was carried out by Kyle & Michael, lovely lads who were very professional, the work was completed on time & they cleared up after the work was finished. We would highly recommend Window Store. It was a delight to have been given the opportunity to receive some real insight and words of wisdom from the owner of Window Store Graeme when we were recently looking for new doors and windows. Having navigated the myriad of options available, all explained in great detail by Graeme, to then placing the order, we then only had to wait a couple of weeks for the installation to start. The fitting team arrived bang on time to start the work and the doors and windows were fully installed and completed on schedule. Both Kyle and Michael were thoroughly professional in their work and always left the areas of the house they were working in spotlessly clean.
