40 mins later had to call again as no sign of the guy .
Got back on the phone lady then turns round say I was complaining.
I wasn't f complaining only asking if the guy got the message there a difference between complaining and asking she then became very nippy she must hate it when someone is right .
Turns out she either never said to anyone as they never heard anything
