Excellent service from John, went out his way to solve a minor issue with the car after purchase. Cant recommend highly enough I have had 27 cars over the years and 12 of them were new some were about 3 years old from some of the top names but the service at Craignairn is the best I have had any where I will be going back for my next car and my daughter will be buying here to well done John

Have to say, well pleased with the car and service provided by Craignairn Cars. John was very laid back and not pushy at all during viewing and subsequent purchase of my lovely Jaguar XJ. Minor issue with passenger door was addressed promptly and had the car back within 2 hours. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for quality cars. Pretty good stock available, too. Thanks very much, guys.

Bought an older ford from here, couple months ago, it was only 1500 so didint expect it to be perfect but it was discovered within a day or 2 after i bought it that the car had an immobilizer issue and would not start sometimes, few other small issues but not terrible. they offered to fix it for free, handed it back with barely 50 miles done, supposed to be a quick fix but i dont get it back till over 2 weeks later because apparently the company they sent the dashboard away to sent a different dash back to them... finally once i have the car back i drive no more than 2 miles and the issue is still there, i asked for my money back and all of a sudden their intrest in me goes to 0, im passed over to John who ignores my texts and calls for a few days until i put my caller id on private then he magically answers his phone. He sounds very unimpressed when he realised hes speaking to me, says he doesnt want to give me my money back and will only give 1000 because ive had the car for 4 weeks. ??????? absolute clown and a cowboy, i hardly did 100 miles all together. Had to take the hit on cancelling insurance also. I understand older cars are not perfect, but John and his attitude has what lead to this review. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
