        Can't complain about the course I was on staff helpful and presented well and understandable. Lunches provided were good quality. Only issue is after service is really bad. Pass the buck with citb as they entered my details under another name and now am unable to get my card. I've been trying to sort it out for a month now and they are not helpful once you are finished the course and they have ther money.
