Had a Fox dust extractor that needed repairing, a simple capacitor replacement. We had already taken the motor off to see if it was a loose wire (probably invalidating the warranty). Technical department were easy to get hold of and gave us twenty odd minutes support on the phone. The issue couldn't be resolved this way so they had the motor picked up Friday afternoon. Amazingly we had it back Wednesday morning! Process was so simple and efficient. I wish more companies had service levels this good.
