        Pre booked taxi on Tuesday afternoon to pick us up at 12.15am from friends. Received text to confirm booking. Taxi did not turn up and phone constantly going to voicemail. If there was a problem with the booking then they could have let us know so we could make other arrangements. Not a trustworthy company!

        Prebooked a taxi for Saturday 12 midnight. Didn't show up and no-one answering phone at Treble Twenty, left us stranded 10 miles from home. Avoid this company. Edit: called them this morning. They apologised, apparently been having issues with their booking system so our taxi was incorrectly booked for 12 noon the following day.

        Ordered a taxi for 12pm and it never showed up and called them and he said he was sorting it and now I cannot get through to them Ive never experienced such a bad service in my life my mum is disabled do NOT use this company
