        Absolute shambles. Busier than usual, probably because of the fair was in town. However, used self-service but still had to queue to get certain items. They had run out of kids' cheese sandwiches and refunded me for it. However, no alternative was offered at first, to which I asked what my child was supposed to eat. Due to allergies, she couldn't have the adult one. Eventually, the manager went and got a sandwich from the deli section of the store. I ordered a latte, and it never appeared. Wouldn't rush back.

        Click and collect? What a joke! Still have to go shopping (a real supermarket this time). Unavailable items unbelievable but happy to charge card for what they dont have. 25 minutes waiting on our order coming out and that was only after we went in to complain! So what exactly is the point of click and collect at this store? NEVER again will we shop here!
