Both my sister and I were both massage newbies we both went in feeling a little nervous but definitely didn't need to be. Kirsty made us feel super comfortable and relaxed from the moment we went in, the space is beautiful and the massage was great We both felt like new woman after!! Top marks all round!

Felt at ease on arrival, done full consultation and asked how I was feeling. Massage was amazing, pressure was perfect felt all my tension disappear, followed kirstys advice on my aftercare. Will be booking in regularly....100% recommend

10/10 the best massage!! I tend to avoid massages because I hate the pain, but my back and body in general has been getting gradually tighter over the last goodness knows how long, so I decided it was time to finally bite the bullet. I can honestly say I feel like a new woman walking out the door and Im totally converted. Kirsty is amazing at what she does, I feel so refreshed and Im ready for another week of work and workouts I cant recommend Kirsty highly enough, shes so knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and related massage, and really made me feel comfortable. Dare I even say Im already looking forward to my next appointment!!

Kirsty is really good at what she does! I had a very relaxing hot stone massage and felt so relaxed after, actually didnt realise my neck was so tense till she spent time working the tension out. Would highly recommend!

I don't normally like a massage, however very professionally suggested cupping. I book a half hour slot and definitely feeling the benefits of it. Thanks again.
