        Ive had tension headaches for weeks and found Ross and The Recovery Lab online. The next day was bliss waking up headache-free. Ross worked the upper shoulders and back like a magician. He was also super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

        can't recommend Caitlyn enough, been suffering with stiff lower back and hip one session worked wonders will need a few more, she said she couldn't improve my golf lol but had the best round for ages after only one treatment
