        I love the Falkirk takeaway from this chain, and so was excited to visit an actual restaurant. I was very disappointed. We went about lunchtime on a Friday, saw nothing to indicate what we should do so we took a seat. No waiters came, there were no menus, nor any obvious signs to say how it should work. Found there was an app to order from, but the wi-fi wanted to validate my email address before I could sign in, and without wi-fi I couldn't access my email. We left after 10mins, without being served.
