        New opening hours are rotten! I can't get there on time after work and its closed at lunchtime Saturday - gone are the days of long lies!!

        Really poor service. Attempted delivery at 11.40am, ring doorbell recorded whole thing, card was written as postie approached the door! Stated they had tried to deliver item at 12.10 but this was a fabricated time. No details left on card. Went down to sorting office as parcel marked as ready to collect at 3.55pm on royal mail app and they then closed at 4pm. The hours are no good for people that work. Very unhappy with service.

        Be careful not to lose the public support in your strikes!!!! Turned up at 15.50 this afternoon and collection office already closed. Hard enough to get there within revised opening times!

        This used to be such a good place to collect parcels. But now? The opening hours are definitely not for working people. Late opening time and early closing time.
