Used the electrician service from DLP Property for a socket that wasnt working properly. Denim was the electrician assigned to this job and he was really quick repairing the socket. The communication was excellent, he called me the day before to check our availability, he appeared on that arranged time. Denim was really professional, the service was brilliant. I couldnt ask more for a professional electrician. Definitely Ill call them again!!! Many thanks Denim and DLP company itself

Had a built I. Wardrobe removed, in the email I was told 3 hours and told the hourly rate thats all. I asked the worker about the disposal of the rubbish he said I will take all that only thing is my van is small so someone will come pick this up. I said thats fine thank you. I get an invoice for 4 hours and 45mins. I called the office to enquire and the person confirmed that it was for pick up too, I asked her why was I not told this in the beginning and that it should be clear of the amounts that I would need to be paid. She said to me nothing is free in this world hun which was very unprofessional of her and my response was that I didnt say I wanted it free I just wasnt told about the costs which is not right. She told me to email in and see if the amounts can be adjusted which I said okay to. At this post I was very upset with her service that I emailed in explaining the situation and mention of I knew I would have taken the stuff to the recycling centre. They sent me an amended invoice with the pick up of rubbish being taken away. My husband comes in at night on of the Wednesday and goes why is the rubbish there I thought it was picked up I asked what rubbish. It was the wardrobe that was taken out. HOW PETTY and UNPROFESSIONAL of them. First they did not disclose the amounts then when I asked the reception person being rude then they drop the stuff back off. Its laughable and bad customer service. Will never be using them again and will be telling everyone that I had previously told about their job not to use this company. I was really happy with the completed job but pettiness took over.
