Terrible service the people that work there including the young one are just Terrible it's like she can't be bothered she's rude & blunt & I understand some of the costumers can be a bit too much but there's something called profession she never heard of that

From the doctors receptionists to to pharmacist the level of professionalism is actually quite worrying!!!! But they never do anything wrong even tho my prescription was ment to be handed into pharmacy for collection from a friend as I was unable to collect myself due to thd fact I had corona virus and sciatica which was the whole reason I phoned the doctor. When my friend went to pick it up for me it was not ready nor even handed in to pharmacy like it was ment to be. Another night of excruciating pain for me then as they could not make it up in time for closing at 6pm......this was 4pm!!!!! Only a few boxes of pain killers but 3 days in now would have been really helpful. Not like the receptionist!!! Hopefully ready for tomorrow not holding breath tho. Really disappointed with how I was treated and spoken to down the phone.

Please change your website to show temporary hours. I checked your site this morning as needed to collect prescription and showed opening time 8.30. I walked 30 mins to collect my prescription arriving 8.28 to discover sign on door with new times Friday opening at 10am. I was not pleased. Had to walk home 30 mins with no prescription knowing I now had to return! How was I supposed to know times had changed? 1 star is too much

Have been trying to get contact by phone for over 45 minutes on 31st March and for 45 minutes on 1st April by continus ringing over an prescription placed on 19th March and given a date of arrival as 23rd. And again told verbally it would be reordered last week and still no reply.
