Absolute useless. Been waiting over a week for my prescription to be ready. Got told to come back every half an hour for it not to be ready. Worst thing i done was move to this practice. Avoid like the plague if u can

Always very helpful and friendly,the staff always go out there way to insure and try to make sure waiting in a que can be deslt with as quickly vas possible

Friendly staff I like this chemist only thing don't like is waiting in a long queue when it's too busy most of the times end up going when it's too busy need to try and go when it's quite and it could be annoying when your prescriptions not ready and go back hoping it's ready.

Absolutely worst chemist in kirkcaldy surprised they havent killed anyone yet get my tray delivered every week and they hadnt even sealed it so all tablets were lying at bottom of chemist bag then following week they put all tablets for the full day in the morning section next week some tablets are missing next week they havent got any of my tablets then a get someone elses prescription surprised there still in business it should be closed down
