        I previously attended classes that Gavin took whilst training with mind & body studio . I really enjoyed the classes and Gavin was a real good laugh, even though it was hard you kind of forgotten how hard it was and just enjoyed the classes. I would really recommend as a trainer as I am thinking of contacting him again to do some personal training too. Really nice down to earth genuine guy.
