I called up about my eyesight and they asked me all sorts of questions and they came to the conclusion that they needed to see me the same day, I was impressed at the care, also when I arrived the lady seen me and examined me and worked out what was wrong, I felt I was in very good hands. I have a follow up visit soon too, I cannot recommend this company enough. Regards Neil Thain

I can't praise the Optician enough. Extremely professional service. She fully explained the process and answered my questions with ease throughout the examination.

My dad is growing blind and finding the process very difficult. The lady he spoke to was kind and understanding, listened to his concerns, laughed at his jokes and made him feel as though he matters, in an ever increasing world where the elderly are being ignored and optometrists are becoming more sales oriented than caring for the customer. He got registered to the local RNIB, the very next day. This place is more valuable than goldust and a true gem of an opticians. He is now boring us with constant eye based facts that he learnt but we would not have it any other way.
