I cant thank the staff at Optical Express enough for their professional help, guidance and efficiency. Elaine especially went out if her way for me, in extraordinary circumstances. All staff members were a great help, Elaine and Gillian were very helpful with various questions I had about my glasses and contact lenses, Elaine actually fixed my glasses as they were not sitting correctly on my face as I tried fixing them myself in the past, but now they are sitting perfectly! Cynthia the optometrist was very helpful with my contact lenses as I had been getting dust in them at work and she suggested that eye drops may be a good idea to rehydrate and cleanse them if they get a little dry at work + she gave me advice on how to cleanse my eye lids as I've been getting the occasional flare up on the pores where my eye lashes are. She suggested that certain branded baby shampoo which does not sting or harm eyes may help clean the pores clear which would be a massive help to myself. Overall the staff were super friendly down to earth people to talk to, they were extremely helpful & also comfortable to talk to as well! I couldn't have asked for a better service from them ! I'm more than happy to take the time out to give them a great rating/review since they were extremely helpful, friendly & took as much time as required to help me out as well! Edit:29/6/22 As above I cannot fault Optical Express, they do their best to help the customer pick the best frames that suit them, all the the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
