Even though John was going to lose money he gave me full support and assistance, that kind of service is rare in this day and age. I hope I can do business with him in the future. Highly recommended.

Went looking for a suitable chair for a friend, went to another place first couldn't be bothered with us, went here to fair price, and Jim couldn't have been any more helpful, explained what we were looking for, and he went through everything with us in order to get a suitable chair that was exactly what we were looking for,, will definitely be back.

They were recommended as insurer repairers by our insurance after my dad had an accident on his scooter. We found them to be very friendly and professional. The parts were out of stock but they offered us a loan scooter to help in the meantime. The parts arrived within 2 weeks and the scooter was returned. Excellent service couldnt fault them from start to finish.

My. Mobility scooter broke down in Dunfermline and there was no agent in that area to repair it. I was told they could not get spares but could supply a new scooter. I contacted Fairprice Mobility in Kirkcaldy and was told to bring it in and they would have a look at it and advise me. I spoke to John and Ross they told me to leave it and they would phone when it was ready. Within the week it was ready with a new motor and brake gauranteed for six months. At a very reasonable price. First class service
