Love Bonmarche.

Always like this shop until now. Told its better that I try on as their returns process is long winded. This has been mentioned to me before but as I often need help with trousers I prefer the comfort of my own home. I shouldn't need to explain myself to the shop. Their long winded returns process is not my problem.

Always go in for a look but if I see trousers then I have to order them online as they don't keep 31" leg length in the shop. Pity.
