        I would not recommend James at all. This experience of receiving money left for me from my late grandfather was one of the worst, most stressful experiences of my life. I was told no information at all from James, in fact I actually never received a phone call or email about any information at all, it was always me doing the phoning and emailing. I was completely left in the dark by James. No professionalism at all. This situation was dealt with in the worst ways and I cant help think my late grandfather would have been horrified with the way I was treated during this long and exhausting process. However I did get a chance to speak to Margaret briefly on the phone, she actually listened and also let me speak, which I was not allowed to do when on the phone with James.
