        staff were not very welcoming. I couldn't understand him as he was mumberling alot. he told my daughter to wait outside which I don't understand as were from the same family hes behind a screen and the doors open for fresh air ? he wasn't wearing a mask so he can't be that worried about covid if not wanting to wear a mask. I just found it not welcoming
