Went in with my daughter who is expecting twins. Sales woman was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the prams , car seats etc. We came away after ordering a twin pram system and 2 first size car seats. I also bought my daughters silver Cross dolls pram from here 22 years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Myself and my mum came into the pram store to have a look at some prams, we were immediately met by the lovely Joanne who was so helpful and informative and as I am a first time mum she talked me through different prams and what sort of pram would suit my lifestyle, I came into the shop not having a clue. She was so helpful and I left the shop knowing exactly what I wanted! We purchased our amazing pram and can't wait to collect this closer to the due date. Can't thank Joanne and Pram Shop enough for such an amazing experience. Thank you :)

Refused to let me return my pram after I had my stillborn daughter (1,400) unused pram bundle set, still tags on, explained all this saying we lost our baby and pram hasnt been touched, very insensitive to customers considering they should be aware baby loss can happen.

We have been customers at keddies for many years. We have always found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I had a problem with my pram and the staff were a fantastic help. They contacted the pram company for me and got everything sorted very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend shopping at keddies
