Magic place to browse. Great cafe

Mum purchased a few wee ornaments and a wind chime, no bag offered, no tissue to wrap ornaments was just handed a few carrier bags after asking for them. Was not helped at all to bag them was left holding them while price was rung up on till and money requested. Poor poor customer service. Then we went to cafe, sat nearly 10 mins when another couple sat at table next to us, 5 mins later someone came to take their order, when we pointed out we had been waiting a considerable amount of time and certainly longer then them waiter gave us filthy look and said I'll do it in a minute, left at this point.

Wee bit disappointed in the cafe this visit I know it was late afternoon but the sandwiches looked as if they were thrown together and atmosphere not very welcoming.

Was at the garden center yesterday the young girl at the pay point tried to charge me the wrong price for my compose went to the cafe it looked clean all staff was under 20 years old was more interested in chatting than serving I order soup and then stovies and a mug of coffee all came out at the same time soup was tasteless stovies was the same also cold and I got a cup of coffeeit was disgusting hubby both came out the same also I did not eat stovies did say to the young girl but get any responce and got charged 27 pound will never go back think they need to look at their staff or train them
