My purchasing experience with McGill Microwave systems had been spot on. Customer service and technical support were excellent, the original cable I was after for a legacy product was not available in Europe, but they not only found an alternative, they were able to advise on the application as well. Saved me hours of research. Thoroughly recommended if you have a cable manufacturing application.

Best customer service going. Billy is your guy if you have questions that need addressing, this guy spares no detail! Helped me figure out what setup I needed and got them delivered next day for me. Would recommend to anyone in the hnt game. I also spoke with Ryan, another helpful and happy to help worker. Very impressed with McGill indeed!

I'm new to Helium mining and Billy was a wealth of knowledge and help when deciding which equipment was best for me. Not the cheapest equipment out there, but I wouldn't want to pay less for the horrendous Chinese made stuff that's flooded the market. I'll absolutely be using McGill again and highly recommend you give Billy a call if you're thinking of going elsewhere.

Excellent service from McGills. Walked Me through the process from start to finish, and changed orders for Me a few times as I learnt more about my install. Corroborated there information with my installer and each time he confirmed they were right. I rarely leave reviews but the customer service was above and beyond and made an impression.
