At least 3 of the 5 star reviews are from current or past flexspace employees, The deposit is not a deposit you won't get it back, flex space staff will enter your premises at anytime they see fit we fitted cctv in to our workshop within 48 hours we had captured the maintenance staff in our workshop having a good look about on one of our days off, The roofs in the workshops leak in all fairness to flexspace they did remedy this to a certain extent but the roof still leaks, centre management leased us that workshop knowing full well it wasn't fit for purpose during winter months Your tied in with flexspace for your electricity they charge you I think it is 3 x the business rate tariff for electricity, The building is filthy they don't maintain a thing, the gents toilets was out of service for 18 months before it was fixed, The rent went up just over 600 last year and was due to go up another 600 this year we bailed after being in flexspace for 4 years when they announced the wanted another nearly 800 deposit to sign a new lease!!!!!!! On the surface it seems a reasonably priced workshop, but once you add on the maintenance fees the insurance fees its not worth it, The way the centre management conduct themselves is utterly disgusting It's just not worth it
