        If I could give zero stars I would, accused of wearing labelled items with my receipt from yesterday because I wanted a refund! Ive never been a fan of NL but wont be back I worked in RI as a manager for many years and would never show such bad customer service Great way to keep customers away, no wonder Kirkcaldy is going done the pan

        Staff are brilliant and the store is huge. Its always lovely and clean and the racks are positioned well so its easy to get around with a buggy or wheelchair. There was a huge sale part right at the back too which was brilliant.

        yes. I'm a shoe and clothes lover. I bought two pairs of Sandles from here. Mum always said if you want new clothes wait until the sales are on. For all these woman like me please go and have a good look around. Now is the time. Summer sales are on.

        Was in new look Kirkcaldy store this morning I asked the assistant Alicia if I can exchange a top for something else she screwed her face at me which I am not happy that not customer service she need to keep her face experisson to her self not in front of a customer .I will not be back instore again
