Travelled over an hour to get here (Tuesday 11th April 2023). Was met with distain from the working colleague at around 12pm. Colleague was condescending and i was told about a "you break it you buy it" mentality when enquiring about items. As someone who is aware of how to handle oneself within a customer service role, this colleague had a lack of customer service skill and indeed people skills. If it weren't for the fact i travelled all this way, i wouldn't have even gave this store the time of day. Wouldn't recommend this store if you want decent service

Great service from Mustafa. Hes very knowledgeable and takes time to listen. He helped me with a very reasonable priced TV. Would highly recommend.

Young gentleman sold me a Nintendo switch controller to use on my PC, we were unsure if it would work or not but he went out his way to find out for me if itll work. It works! Finally able to play Steam games with a controller. Thanks so much!
