Lindsey and his team carried out a professional service from prompt attention to survey the required works , to then provide 2 first class tradesmen who carried out the repairs. Frank and Jake fully respected my property and carried out a spotless clean each night before heading home. The company kept me fully up to speed on all aspects of the works . From the outset on the first visit to quote for a new roof to our bungalow I was very impressed with the detail of interest they showed. This is actually the Third time we've hired Roof & Fibre for repairs, but this was the biggest job by far. We had a leak in the roof over the extension of our house, which was down to invasive plant roots creeping in under the tiles. Lindsay and his team responded quickly to look at what needs doing, showing up promptly at the time they said they would and doing top quality work within our agreed budget. Special mention goes to Leah in the office, who communicated with us clearly and regularly to let us know when and how things were happening, especially since roofing work is heavily dependent on weather conditions heading into the winter months.
