Do not use these people, they made a mess of installing a boiler in my house 1-Did not detect a gas leak. 2-Did not install condensate drain properly, kept on backing up, I had to sort this myself. 3 They installed inhibitors in my system when the boiler manufacturer (Viessmann) expressly forbids chemicals. This has affected my 10 year warranty

First contact the Surveyor never turned up and got a call to apologise for the mix up, second time surveyor came and said a quote would follow and I'm still waiting !!! Not the best experience. I see no response from company on my experience, that says it all in my opinion.

MPH came to fit my bathroom on behalf of wickes, guys were great, little misunderatanding at first about extra work but in all fairness that was down to wickes not explaining stuff properly to us at the point of sale, anyways due to wickes give out dodgy tiles, my bathroom had to be knocked back out again and started from scratch, the owner ewan contacted me directly and apologised, he promised he would make good, it wasnt his fault but the man is true to his word, my bathroom was completely rebuilt and looks amazing, i have zero faults and the aftercare has been good too, if you need a bathroom done get these guys to do and AVOID WICKES AT ALL COST, would have been cheaper to go direct to MPH if you ask me, 5 stars, thanks to them i have a minted bathroom, thanks
