Good installation but terrible after service. It appeared when they had the money they decided they were finished with us and when we had an issue, it was passed on to the the MD who disagreed with the complaint even though they, and he, had seen a major gap in the edge of the quartz worktop via multiple detailed photographs I had sent. After an engineer from the company had agreed with me over the phone that this was a defected piece, the MD didnt agree and refused to take any further calls. Enough said. They had my money and decided that nothing else would be done. My thousands of pounds spent meant nothing to them and they were only acceptable and all appropriate when they didnt have my money in the bank. After that, they were non existent. Disappointing and shameful. I wouldnt buy nor recommend anyone purchase from this company.

Unfortunately the granite I ordered arrived scratched. The delivery boy stood in the corner where the scratch was, we never noticed until they left. We called to let the company know. We didnt want a replacement slab we just wanted them to hide it as best as they could. Unfortunately the only way apparently they can do this is with a sharpie pen, which is far from perfect and still very visible. Instead of a simple apology, the staff member Scott who came out blamed the builders for the scratch, who had already left hours before the granite had arrived. I complained about this and was told the owner of the company would contact me, a month on Im still waiting for this phone call! If you do use this company thoroughly check your worktops as they will refuse any responsibility when theyve left.
