        Woman on the phone was anything but nice, when asked for my bith my 1st and 2nd name I spelt it as most get it wrong for as easy as the name is...and there's a few ways to spell My first name. Her attitude prompted me to call another company. I'd rather wait the month wait at specsavers, this is with a constant sore head at the minute.
