We have been looking to move house for several months. We did not choose to use Your Move to sell our house but in terms of introducing us to potential target properties Your Move in Kirkcaldy and Christina in particular has been the most proactive person. She continually introduced us to suitable properties and was directly involved with a property we had an offer accepted on. Unfortunately only a couple of weeks before settlement the sellers backed out leaving us high and dry having sold our home. Christina then went out of her way to try and find an alternative property. In the unlikely event we were going to move again in the future we would have no hesitation in choosing Your Move

The service provided by the team from day 1 was exceptional and could not have been more helpful. As this sale was conducted from a distance we were kept informed of all aspects of the sale and communication with the manager was always timely and helpful. We couldnt have asked for a better service from the team at Yourmove Kirkcaldy. When Jade first came out to value our home we felt at ease from when she first arrived and provided a warm friendly and positive start to the process. During the process of viewings and the sale Christine couldnt have done anymore to make us feel like valued customers. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she was on hand for any questions or worries we had and kept us updated at each stage. I am very grateful for her positivity throughout. Angela the branch manager also provided a friendly and professional service. We used their recommended solicitor for our sale and purchase - Carey Hughes. Sally and Ceitidh were on the ball with everything at made what could have been a very stressful time much easier to go through. I would highly recommend using Yourmove Kirkcaldy for your house sale.
