Our kitchen was about 1.5 years in the planning stage with Wren's. Adam in the sales team was amazing. Before installation, payment was received in full by Wren's because credit was not required, and they would not supply the kitchen until they were paid IN FULL. Installation was cancelled a couple of times due to dates not matching and lack of installers. We were then promised the BEST fitter had been selected for the long awaited installation. I wish I could attach pictures of the kitchen!. It seems that even though Wren's charge for the kitchen fitting, these fitters are not employed by them. So our fitter just continued to fit damaged products and even signed the job off himself for payment by them! The fitter even went to the lengths of trying to cover faulty products with mastic. The fitter returned to the property on at least two occasions to correct multiple faults, order parts, and refit. Two months on and faults have not been resolved, and apparently, the warranty team will ammend the faults? So the fitter is no longer responsible? If you do not require credit with Wren's and they have received payment in full, BEWARE because they are NOT INTERESTED in your damaged kitchen fitted by their team! We are now four months post installation (mid January 2023), and Wren's have still not ammended any of the faults. Numerous emails and lengthy telephone calls asking us how the damage occurred and when!, and no date as of yet to when they will actually amend. Update.....we are now 5 months post fit, and we have today been assigned a field installation manager, apparently the highest point of contact! Will update Update.. March 2023. 6 months post kitchen installation. The field installation manager was great, and a thorough inspection of the kitchen was performed. In total, some 30 product faults and fitting errors were identified. A fitter was booked to rectify faults on Monday, the 13th March, and no one turned up. I called the field supervisor..no answer, I emailed too, but there was no reply. I called head office and was told they would email the field supervisor. I received NO CALL, EMAIL, OR AN APOLOGY from Wren's. Wednesday evening, 15th March, the fitter who had been booked in called me. Unfortunately, he was unwell and the works have been booked in again for the 27th March.
