Been for two scans here now, one at around 8 weeks to calm our nerves before the 12 week scan and one at 17 weeks to find out the gender. Both times have been amazing, very professional and friendly service. Getting the file of photos and videos has been great, and particularly our 17 week scan was so clear in both standard and 4D scans. Very reasonably priced compared to similar places in Dunfermline or Edinburgh. Would highly recommend.

Had a scan at 6weeks 4days. Confirmed heartbeat. Was told that the chance now if miscarriage was very little (already had 1 previous) 3 weeks later my babies heart has stopped and I'm going thru miscarriage. The NHS advised I should never have been told this.

Really fantastic! So so flexible when we had to rearrange our appointment, and it was so special to be able to have our daughter with us to find out the gender of our baby.... Boy! Staff in Kirkcaldy were so lovely and the appointment didn't feel rushed. The only thing I would say, I understand the 4D part of the scan was complimentary however it was very very quick, switched on to 4D then back off again. At the time, we thought this may have been because we were only 16 weeks and may not be much to see, but I've since see the 4D scans from a friend who also visited a different Ultrasound Direct branch at 16 weeks and she got some fab photos. I would definitely still recommend.
