Attended day interventions for cardioversion yesterday. From the start to end of my journey I found all the staff excellent. They put me at ease, kept me well informed and were polite and approachable. All the staff I met in day intervention, theatre and recovery were very professional; i felt very safe and comfortable. I really appreciate the care and kindness I received and can't speak highly enough of them. They're all outstanding! Thank you!

My wife has now been waiting over an hour now for an appointment made with out of hours, people waiting outside as no space in waiting. Our NHS is in some mess in Scotland. What a shambles.

I would just like to say thank you so much to all the staff in the maternity ward at the Vic that I met on my journey to having my little boy Oliver 14.2.23. Words can't explain my gratitude to you for everything you done for myself, my partner and our baby. From the day we arrived after my waters broke 5 weeks early, I was met by the most amazing, lovely ladies who helped me feel relaxed and making me laugh in my early stages of contractions. Then in the labour ward itself the support, care and advice I received to help bring my baby into this world safely was incredible. Then when my baby was taken to neonatal with a collapsed lung and we were so distraught and overwhelmed with worry, the care provided and love given to myself, partner and our baby during his stay was more than I could of wished for, when we had to leave him in hospital to go home, we felt a weight off our shoulders knowing he was in the best hands. Thank you to all the ladies who supported me with breast feeding, for the unbelievable patience and incouragement shown while sitting helping me express tiny amounts of colostrum at all hours of the mornings, just so I felt I had purpose to provide for my baby while he was in neonatal unit. Thank you to the night shift staff, When we were at our lowest, worrying about our little boy and coming back from neonatal broken humans, and being offered some tea and toast (toast lady Claire) was our saviour, giving us that strength and looking after us, so we could put our energy on him. I will be eternally grateful for everything you all did. Oliver is doing really well
