Yes, Fife Gutter Cleaning Services have lots of good reviews and thats why one of the owners at our block of flats called them. Unfortunately, our experience was different. Chris was prompt and the quote was reasonable for cleaning the gutters and fixing a leaking join. According to him, the job was done and he was paid but shortly after, he had to be called to come back as the join was still leaking. He didnt come back!! Another company had to be called and they took pictures of the shoddy work that was done by him before they put it right. The gutters were filled with debris, especially at the back, where the ground sloped making them more difficult to reach!!! Gutters above the entry doors had not been cleaned at all. To make matters worse, cloths had been left in the gutters along with the debris making a bad situation even worse!!! Dont be caught out by poor workmen like we were. Ask for before and after pictures of anything being done on the roof if it cannot be clearly seen from the ground below.

I had Barry (I gather that there's at least one other guy). Arrived bang on time and worked like a trojan until the work was done. Tidy worker. Cleaned my severely neglected pvc to within an inch of its life (fascia, doors, windows and downpipes/gutters etc).... apologies to the now homeless spiders. Made it look like almost new but can't undo pitting or cracks or deeper discolouration which he does explain. I was very impressed none the less. Mostly done with a hose and lance all connected to his van. Polite friendly guy. Seems its a fixed rate so larger properties pay the same. I thought it was cheap for the amount of work done. Would definitely get him back and recommend to my neighbours...although I'm enjoying having the cleanest house in the street. Cheers Dude!
