Had to wait 45 minutes to get redirected to be told to go online when the purpose of my call was to make an appointment with a person as I am struggling to see on screen . No time to explain so I feel let down when I need it the most having worked and pay taxes I cant claim employment and support allowance benefits unless I apply on line.

Giving 5 stars for the rate of this Disaster Centre, they shouldn't be called Job Centre, and the Universal Credit has nothing Universal in it. This place should be shut down, they have just left us with no reasonable explanation and no money even tho there are kids in here as well. On top of that they don't care that they have forced my partner into a hunger strike, and I just hope it will be all over soon. They are not there to help you get a job what they do is a Research on Humans without our actuall consent, they are only gathering statistics ( stealing ideas ) and they think is legal cause they have made it this way, but let me tell you one thing, a White Lie is the complex of a Lie which is still a Lie but dirtier not better. Like trying to cover a stinky Woof with a sheeps skin... It will still stink of a Wolf tho! - To those that knows how a Wolf smells like.

Why is there no direct phone number? It doesnt make the slightest bit sence it should be rebranded benefit centre because they never help people actually get a job. Ridiculous how i need to go through all the automated systems and book phone appointments just to speak to someone for 1 minute. And the letters.... ohh do they love wasting paper!
