The best send of for my gran. One of the nicest services Ive seen given the hard time that it is and that people go through, very friendly and so helpful and everything flowed well right throughout! Always at the end of the phone or didnt mind us popping in for questions. Couldnt thank everyone enough, start to finish and even to the little finishing touches on my grans service book. Myself and my family can not Thank Ian, Ally and Christiane enough for all they done for us.. after my little brother passing to the funereal and even after care!! Not all superheroes wear capes!! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!!

The send off for my Uncle Ian was everything I hoped for and more. The burden of organising so much at a sad time was lifted and Christiane and her team made everything a lot less overwhelming. There was so much care, sensitivity, thought and consideration with everything, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Outstanding communication, highly professional and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Ian Johnston funeral Directors couldnt do enough for our family.we lost 3 family members my 2 brothers and my mum just recently and we had Ian and Ally for all 3 funerals they were absolutely amazing so kind an very helpful and was always on the end of the telephone whenever you needed them whole heartedly a cant thank them enough love Jane and family xx
