I ordered the pink massed heart online and the process was easy. The flowers were delivered with my message and I received a confirmation email. Flowers were beautiful. This is my second time using Victoria Florists, very happy and would highly recommend them.

Received a stunning bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. The florists took attention to my note about cat-safe flowers and the bouquet that was delivered was beautiful. I can highly recommend.

Ive had the misfortune of dealing with this florist recently after having placed an order with a different florist and then having that order subcontracted to Victorias. I paid over 70 to have a bouquet delivered for my partner in recognition of her starting a new job and the quality of the flowers that turned up was utterly appalling. The six roses included were already marked upon arrival, along with several discoloured and damaged lilies among the 15 included with some filler greenery, and I left it a few days to see how they fared. Needless to say, they wilted in no time and prompted a complaint to the original point of purchase, Stems of Burnside in Glasgow. I was then repeatedly fobbed off and told I would need to deal with the subcontractor, Victorias, directly with regards to the complaint. Victorias suggested we had not cared for the flowers properly, even though we have fresh flowers in the house all the time, and presumed to tell us that heat and direct sunlight must have caused the rapid deterioration despite them being displayed in a cool room away from the window. We were also told that putting them in a vase was wrong (who knew flowers in vases are a no no?!) and basically tried to deflect any implication that their bouquet was substandard by pointing the finger of blame at the customer. How very unprofessional! Ive had a 5 bunch of roses from M&S last 4 times longer than this 70 joke of a bouquet! I would highly advise anyone looking for a professional experience with a quality florist to look elsewhere because the attitude and standards on display at Victorias Florists in Kirkcaldy are nothing short of scandalous, as was the attempt to offer a small replacement bunch by way of compensation. Why would we want another substandard bouquet when the quality of the first left so much to be desired? Ill be steering well clear of this company in future and urge anyone who values quality and customer service to do so too.
