        Loretta did a brilliant job with my wedding dress. I was a bit worried as it 100% silk, but it's looks brand new and pressed to perfection. She checked in with me to let me know what she doing and where there was a little rip from when I'd stood on the dress. Explained everything so well and strongly recommend for any wedding dress or similar cleaning, will definitely use again! Service: Upholstery cleaning

        I would give this establishment no stars if I could. Visited on Saturday at 11.00am asked if it was possible to have my work uniform(explained I was an on call key worker) by close of business on the Sunday. The response was no as there was no dark colours to be done together hence I would be required to wait until there were more Customers with dark colours so they could be done together . After an exchange of dialogue the member of staff reluctantly agreed to do so. Collected uniform Sunday afternoon and to my disappointment I had to press the trousers myself before I could wear them. I did take a photograph for management to view but this page does not have the facility to upload. Hugely disappointing in comparison to the service previously received at Timpsons franchise within Morrisons Glenrothes. I wont be back.
