Terrible experience from this shop. Wanted a double sided zip replaced on a coat. Went back a week later only to discover no double sided zip, just single, but more importantly the zip she replaced with was 2 to short. It looked terrible and very unprofessional. She told me where she got zip and how much it was. I went to this shop only to discover she lied about the price of zip and they didnt have size needed.She had my phone number if there was a problem but she didnt think putting on a zip 2 to short was a problem as THATS ALL THE SHOP HAD!!!
