Place is terrible,only person to listen in the place is the receptionist and that's to get u booked in,had 2 docs with in the last 2 month and lucky been in there room for 2 mins and they just pass it off,this time it's more important than the last and yet seemed like she didn't understand a word I said,rather wait 4 hours at A&E and get checked and atleast they listen and do something instead of saying "give it 3 weeks"

How can a practice never have an appointment not even a telephone appointment regardless of what time i call can be 8am can be 2pm doesnt matter, service is shocking reception is shocking the kids in Templehall are politer. 2023 and this place isnt any better! The receptionist are shocking with absolutely no care of your situation, tell you to make an appointment then tell you aww sorry call tomorrow and see if there is an appointment available its pathetic, need to be a pensioner or a junkie to be seen!
